New Website Features Now Available

In addition to reviewing Association-posted documents, owners can now access new features on the Association’s website designed to improve communication, transparency, and convenience.

1. Autopay*. Owners may now enroll in automatic payments directly through the Association’s website. Autopay allows assessments to be paid automatically according to the owner’s selected schedule. 

*$3.50 processing fee applies to each payment.

Please note: Any automatic payments or ACH authorizations previously provided to AR Law Group are no longer valid and will be cancelled. Owners who wish to continue automatic payments must enroll via the Caswise platform or their bank’s bill pay service.

2. Community Announcements. The Association will regularly post announcements on the website to keep owners informed of important matters, including maintenance updates, projects, notices, and other community information.

3. Community Calendar and Meetings. Association events, including board meetings, will be posted on the website calendar. When available, owners can attend meetings virtually via the platform using the information in the calendar entry.

Casewise is developing a new feature that will allow prospective tenants to complete their applications online through the Association's website.
